On May 31, the tragic passing of Ms. Jacky Oh, a popular comedy personality, was reported. She was found in a Miami hotel room and later pronounced deceased in a hospital, according to the city’s police department. The cause of death was listed as an accident, and preliminary medical examination suggested that Jacky had suffered a brain bleed and skin hemorrhaging near her torso.

The TV personality, model, and influencer was accompanying her aunt on the night of May 31 when she reportedly felt her head “burning” and had “difficulty speaking,” according to a Page Six source. Her partner and Wild ‘N Out costar DC Young Fly, as well as their children Nova, 6, Nala, 3, and Prince’Nehemiah, 14 months, survive her.

What are the new details that came to light about Jacky Oh’s death?

Her cause of death, according to an autopsy report obtained by TMZ and Page Six, was complications from cosmetic surgery. The tragic incident was ultimately listed as an accident. According to the report, Jacky, actual name Jacklyn Smith, had a “gluteal augmentation procedure” one day before her death, during which she had liposuction and fat transferred to her buttocks.

She was given the antibiotic cliprofloxacin, the pain reliever oxycodone, and the anti-nausea and vomiting medication generic Zofran ondansetron. She did, however, claim to have a headache and soreness, was told to take ibuprofen instead of ondansetron, and was found dead afterwards.
