Who is Ebon Moss-Bachrach and what are his recent roles?

Ebon Moss-Bachrach is a well-known American actor who has had a long and distinguished film and television career, and shows no signs of slowing down. He most recently played Gary in the 2023 comedic film No Hard Feelings, opposite Jennifer Lawrence. The comedy follows a woman who appears to struggle with making smart life decisions, which is made evident by her response to an appealing job posting in an effort to maintain her childhood home. Ebon will next be seen in Searchlight’s forthcoming dust bowl-era drama Dust, alongside Sarah Paulson.

Last year Moss-Bachrach starred in Hulu’s critically acclaimed Theranos thriller The Dropout, reconnected with Lena Dunham for her movie Sharp Stick after appearing as Desi in HBO’s Girls, and appeared in Tony Gilroy’s celebrated Lucasfilm series Andor for Disney+. Ebon also appeared in Netflix’s The Punisher as graphic novel fan David “Micro” Lieberman.
