Eddie Murphy, Reginald Hudlin, and Brian Grazer Reunite for ‘Candy Cane Lane’
Director Reginald Hudlin, Eddie Murphy, and producer Brian Grazer reunite for the first time since 1992’s “Boomerang” to bring us “Candy Cane Lane.” The screenplay by Kelly Younger draws inspiration from Younger’s own cherished childhood memories of El Segundo, CA’s Candy Cane Lane.
Hudlin eagerly anticipates the film’s release, describing it as a fresh, hilarious, and heartwarming addition to the Christmas movie genre. Executive producer Doug Merrifield joins a team that includes producers Grazer, Murphy, Karen Lunder, and Charisse Hewitt-Webster.
