The film revolves around a young Jud Crandall in 1969, who dreams of leaving his hometown but stumbles upon sinister secrets buried within. As he confronts his dark family history, Jud and his childhood friends must unite to battle an ancient evil that has haunted Ludlow since its inception, and now threatens to destroy everything in its path.
