Source: Twitter<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n A reboot of the long-running and extremely popular video game series \u201cTomb Raider\u201d was released in 2013. It became an instant critical and commercial hit. But it also reinvigorated interest in a rebooted movie version as well.<\/p>\n For those of us who grew up in the early 2000s, Angelina Jolie (Sigh!) immortalized the cinematic iteration of the title character of a raider of tombs and treasure hunter in \u201cLara Croft: Tomb Raider\u201d in 2001 and its sequel \u201cLara Croft: Tomb Raider \u2013 The Cradle of Life\u201d in 2003. The movies, though critical duds, were commercially successful and served enjoyable popcorn fun, owed no less to Jolie\u2019s charisma and star-power.<\/p>\n Now a new movie version with Oscar winner Alicia Vikander is ready to be served to viewers around the globe and Warner Bros. has released the first poster and the teaser for the same.
