On Wednesday, Netflix added yet another title to its ever-growing library of live-action originals in Japan with the announcement of the romantic drama series Beyond Goodbye<\/em>. Written by renowned screenwriter Yoshikazu Okada (of BL Metamorphosis<\/em> and The Last 10 Years<\/em>) the series is an original story featuring unique characters and compelling romance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n An original story by renowned Japanese screenwriter Yoshikazu Okada, the project co-stars Kasumi Arimura, known for her role in the Japanese blockbuster We Made a Beautiful Bouquet<\/em> and the Netflix feature Call Me Chihiro<\/em>. alongside Kentaro Sakaguchi, who is a regular in TV dramas and recently starred in The Last 10 Years<\/em>, which was a box-office hit. Beyond Goodbye<\/em> is helmed by Hiroshi Kurosaki who is known for his work in Gift of Fire <\/em>and Hiyokko<\/em>, and is a seasoned series director.
