Hulu’s Revival Series Is Almost Here, ‘Futurama’ Fans, Rejoice!

‘Futurama’ is back! After a decade off the air, the Planet Express crew is returning to Hulu on July 24 for an 11th season. The revival will pick up where the show left off, with Fry, Leela, Bender, and the rest of the team, who had apparently been cryogenically frozen during the time the show had not been active. The trailer is full of humor, action, and adventure, and it leaves us wanting more!

What can we expect from ‘Futurama’ season 11?

From the creators of ‘The Simpsons’, ‘Futurama’ is (thankfully) back for a new season on Hulu. We can definitely expect the return of the Planet Express gang with all the original humor, adventure, and social commentary that made the show a cult classic. The trailer of season 11 gives us a broad view of what is to come this time including “a whole new pandemic in town as the crew explores the future of vaccines, bitcoin, cancel culture and streaming TV.”

In season 11, the Planet Express crew will face a new set of challenges, but Leela, Fry and Bender are also carrying all their previous problems (a lot of them) and are up to their usual hijinks of eating questionable food, getting into random fights and drinking a lot of beer. One thing’s for sure though, this new season of ‘Futurama’ is going to be a wild ride! The official 11th season description states that “the 10 all-new episodes of season 11 have something for everyone” and the show has it’s “its full original cast and satirical spirit” absolutely intact. So exciting! July 24, people. Mark your calendars.
