A lot of interpersonal and identity trouble is developing for Nick, Charlie, Tara, Darcy, Tao, and Elle, according to the season 2 trailer! As Nick (played by Kit Connor) and Charlie (Joe Locke) attempt to navigate their new relationship, with one of them still secretive about their sexuality, their friends Tara (Corinna Brown) and Darcy (Kizzy Edgell) struggle with saying the L word, which is love, while Tao (William Gao) and Elle (Yasmin Finney) wrestle with how to take their relationship to the next level. Season two of Heartstopper, written and developed by Alice Oseman and based on the same named webcomic-turned-graphic book, also stars Sebastian Croft, Tobie Donovan, Rhea Norwood, Jenny Walser, Cormac Hyde-Corrin, and Olivia Colman. Euros Lyn, will be directing and acting as an executive producer, together with Oseman, Patrick Walters, Iain Canning, and Emile Sherman.
