Destiny 2 officially launched on September 9th, 2017 and there are already millions of players. Destiny 2 is a sci-fi shooter game, with the main goal of collecting gear and loot to level up your character. Acitivison CEO Eric Hirshberg stated, “With franchise pre-order records broken, and record day-one performance on PlayStation Store, it’s exciting to see engagement at the highest ever week-one concurrency for the franchise. Destiny 2 is off to a strong start as the #1 console gaming launch week of the year to date.” This can only indicate Destiny 2’s success! Many have already praised the well constructed plot and the mission objectives for being clear and concise, even using cutscenes to push the story forward.

Destiny was considered one of the best looking games found in the early PS4 and Xbox One era, and that doesn’t change for Destiny 2. The graphics are beautiful, and will further absorb you into the gameplay until you forget you’re in a game at all. To most likely further enhance this feature, Bungie has decided on one small detail that will make any Destiny Veteran devastated.

Bungie has decided that Guardians, or the warriors in the game, must earn Sparrows, instead of them be given outright. Sparrows are, in the easiest terms, a personal hoverbike that all Destiny players love. These hoverbikes made moving long distances a breeze. Now that they’re gone, some are none too happy. But don’t fear, you will receive your very own Sparrow by either completing the story or reaching level 20. This will help fans enjoy the scenery in Destiny 2 all the more, and it will be all the sweeter when fans finally do unlock that envied Sparrow.
