Blue Beetle director Ángel Manuel Soto has found his next project: the MGM film The Wrecking Crew, which will reportedly star Dave Bautista and Jason Momoa. The duo were in talks to star in the movie prior to the recent actors strike and now THR has official announced their involvement in the new and exciting project.
What do we know thus far about ‘Wrecking Crew’?
Jonathan Tropper, the mind behind the TV show Warrior, wrote the script for Wrecking Crew and signed the contract before the writers’ strike began in June. The project is being produced by Jeffrey Fierson, who worked with Momoa on the TV show Frontier. Directed by Soto, Wrecking Crew is being marketed as a buddy comedy and no further details have been provided yet.
